After graduating with a design management degree from UCA, I’ve immersed my career in sales, marketing, content, and digital management, working across industries from entertainment and digital design agencies to FMCG and events. My journey started quite literally with a boot full of chocolate as a Cadbury Sales Rep covering South London. I ate a lot of chocolate during those years!

Since then, I’ve held roles such as Exhibitor Sales Director in large-format print, Product Manager for a digital SaaS tool at a London brand agency, and National Sales Account Manager in the film industry, working with clients such as Sony, Virgin, and WHSmith.
I’ve always been drawn to SMEs because they allow you to wear multiple hats—one day, you’re managing client relationships, and the next, you’re designing sales materials or refining a website’s user experience. That hands-on, holistic approach has shaped how I work today, ensuring that content, customer engagement, and website management work in harmony. Whether it’s building a brand-new website (like I did for a fabulous, coloured bathroom company), streamlining customer interactions, or crafting compelling content, I bring a wealth of experience that helps businesses grow without the need for a big in-house team.
Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, I also chair my village parish council and edit our local magazine, proving that my love for organisation, communication, and a well-structured layout truly knows no bounds!
