    From nurturing existing clients, to following up with past ones and warming up those that enquired then never called back! Customer management is about finding and keeping customers. It can involve CRM updates and customer engagement tracking , to following up with people for feedback. I find out who your customer is, what they need, and what you've got to do to keep them coming back. I help you build and maintain strong customer relationships, and I can also assist with lead generation, sales strategies, and upselling/cross-selling tactics.

    In a nutshell, Yes! Sometimes you might find that your web builder gave you very limited access to the content management (CMS) of your site, which can be frustrating. But I have a lot of experience across web building platforms, such s WIX, Shopify and Wordpress. So I can help you with content updates, UX improvements, performance tracking, and general CMS management. can step in and keep your website running smoothly, so that you don't have to find the time to do it yourself.
