Pricing Plans
Every business has different needs, so I offer three flexible pricing plans: hourly rates for ad hoc support, retainers for ongoing services, and project-based pricing for defined tasks. This way, you get the right level of support without overcommitting—whether you need quick help, consistent management, or a tailored solution for a specific project.
1
By The Hour
£35 per hour
An hourly plan is ideal for ad hoc and smaller tasks.

Paying per hour provides you with the flexibility to access support only when you need it, giving you expert assistance on demand without the commitment of a fixed contract.

Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. You'll also receive a link to an active timesheet, allowing you to monitor how your time is being used. With every invoice (on all plans), you'll get a detailed, itemised breakdown for complete transparency.
2
Monthly Retainer
£32 per Hour (min 10 hrs)
A retainer rate is more useful for ongoing and larger tasks.
Setting a specific number of hours a month (min.10) is a simple way of knowing what you are spending, and also guarantees my time.
Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and I provide an update when we near your limit each month, so you know exactly where you are with your tasks and budget. I also review this time with you monthly to ensure it is still in your best interests.
3
Projects
Priced per Project
Project rates are available for specific tasks or projects.
Project rates provide cost certainty and efficiency, allowing you to budget up front without worrying about hourly tracking. So the focus is on results rather than time spent. It works well for well-defined tasks like blog writing, newsletter creation and competitor analysis.
During our consultation, I'll assess the requirements of the project and decide together whether an hourly rate or fixed price is appropriate.
